Orthosports was established in 1989 by Dr. Donna Gulick, PT, DPT and Dr. Peter Young, PT, DPT, Cert MDT. Our offices were originally located at 4585 Main Street in Snyder. In 1997, we purchased a building at 3970 Harlem Rd. This facility afforded us the opportunity to expand our services and add an indoor pool for aquatic therapy. We are 100% physical therapist owned and operated. Orthosports Physical Therapy expanded with the purchase of Clarence Physical Therapy in February of 2007. We are excited to add the extensive experience, and expertise of Wayne Savitz to our growing practice.
You can come directly to physical therapy without a referral. Contact our staff and they will be pleased to answer questions regarding referrals or any other you may want to know.
Our goal at Orthosports is to provide the highest quality physical rehabilitation possible. If you require spine therapy, pool therapy, orthopedic rehab, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, or TMJ therapy, we have the skills, staff, and equipment to meet your need. We emphasize individualized treatment plans and hands-on care. You will never feel as though you are just a "number". We treat each individual, and will take the necessary time to assist you as you recover. We will integrate hands-on care with various treatments including exercise as appropriate. You will also be provided with a home program and education about your condition.
